Driver at address

I've been having a difficult time getting comfortable at address with the driver. For all of the irons and the hybrid I use, I use Impact Fix with no problems. Im using a 15* high lofted driver and Impact Fix delofts the club and gives me some pitiful trajectory. I've also tried Classic Address with hands midbody and the trajectory is better but still doesnt feel comfortable yet.

So my question is how do you set up with your driver: At Fix, Classic, face square,open, etc ?
