The issue isn't the plane of the cocking motion or the bend of the right wrist. It's the location of the pivot point for the club. The fulcrum is the correct term I think. Actually, now that I say that, I think there is a diagram in the book which answers my question - I'll check later.

Chris ,the left wrist is the fulcrum (form 3 lever) and is normally propelled by the hands i.e acc & PP's #2and/or #3
