I am unsure about the detail of the bent right wrist and how to find the best amount at impact fix. The questions below highlight my confusion:-
1.Is the constant bent right wrist ONLY to ensure a constant flat left wrist (i.e coincidental)?
Yes, as well as to maintain the Flying Wedges per 6-B-3-0-1 If you are a swinger using standard address per 10-9-A, then the right wrist will be flat at address.
2.Which is first, ball location or right wrist bend?
Your ball location determines the amount of right wrist bend. The further back in your stance, the less the degree of bend that is required at impact fix.
3.Can you have too much right wrist bend? Can it lead to an arched left wrist?
Ideally you want to maintain the amount of wrist bend - no adding or reduction. However, per 4-A-3 , an arched left wrist leads to "amplification of clubhead lag" (which per 6-C-2-0 is the secret of golf)and is insurance aginst a bent left wrist.
4.Is the optimum amount of bend for each club just found with trial and error?
It is and again as discussed earlier is dependent on the ball location as well.
I would be glad if anyone could clear some fog on these points.
