The water bottle?

I had an instructor make me use one during a lesson some time ago to help me with my rhythm and to help stop me from flipping and coming over the top. Seemed OK, but man that sucker wore me out. I like the tempo ball thing better. Seems to do about the same. I found one cheap on eBay not too long ago.
