12-5
thanks for such a great question.yes,i do use12-5.it is the foundation and building block to my golf swing.when i start my warm upsession,i go through all three motions.during basic motion i am getting my feel for my pressure points.i monitor my hinge action.probanly after 25-30 balls,i move on to acquired motion.with 10-15 balls i check my hinge action again.
after doing both of these motion,i then go from a s.w. to 8 iron.i will hit a few balls with acquired motion then go tto total motion.i then progress through my set ,doing the same thing with every club.i bypass the acquired motion with the long irons and woods.
like i stated this is my foundation to building a very precise motion.i am gaining great feel through mechanics.when you build your motion this way it becomes very simple and also really improves your wedge play and less than full shots.
thanks again for a great question.i hope this helps you understand the process to building a very simple golf motion
