Hunter and John,

Thanks for your quick replies. I will try approaching 12-5 in the way you described John following some of your warm up routine, with the sand wedge and then eight iron.

John and Rob as a follow up how do y'all incorporate the first paragraph of the Basic Motion Curriculum into your lesson's and routines??

Homer said, "Use a slow, smooth motion up-and-back, down-and-out and up-and-in the same distance in both directions as continously as possible."

John do you use dowels to accomplish this part of 12-5???
