Super efficient!
We want maximum distance for a given ball speed.
And maximum ball speed for a given clubhead speed.
And maximum clubhead speed for a given hand speed.
And maximum hand speed for a given amount of lag pressure.
And maximum lag pressure for a given amount of effort.
