I think Mr. Kelley tried to figure out what was/is the easiest and most compatible way to structure components. There do seem to be exceptions. Jack Nicklaus, for example, looks to me to have some HITTING components(usually for Hitting) in his STROKE, but has done well as a Swinger. Miller Barber, is another example of this.
Larry Nelson, looks to have a few things in there usually done with Swinging. He is a Hitter, I believe.
Now... for example, a Horizontal Hinging, Left Wrist Throwing, Double Wrist Action, Hitter... may have some problems, but I bet there is someone out there that does this pretty well.
