I continue to learn of people having video or other access problems. So far, in 99 percent of the cases, it's been a simple problem to solve: YOU MUST CLEAR YOUR COOKIES.

From my research, the access problems are almost certainly related to the new version of the forum and can be solved by clearing one's cookies. Clearing cookies immediately worked for all of the users who reported back about this problem. If you're experiencing this problem, I can provide instructions on how to clear your cookies.
