Is it OK to use the Swing Fan? That's that Thing with a Golf Grip at one end and 4 fan blades at the other.
Or, maybe better, what about the weighted Dowel idea that was discussed in an earlier thread? How about a five pound bar? Could that help build Extensor Action muscle?
bucket gives a thumb down to swing fan . . . it makes the real club feel soooooo light you can't find the head.
