This week's Shell Houston Open is being contested at the Redstone GC Tournament Course in Humble, Texas. Two LBG players are competing:
John Riegger and
Jay Williamson.
Jay shot an opening 75 and withdrew.
John opened with 71-70 (-3) and comfortably made the even par cut. He added a 69 today and is -6 for the tournament (T17). While chances of winning this time 'round are slim -- he's nine back of the leader -- a solid round tomorrow will mean a large payday.
And a brilliant round will mean a
very large payday.
