It is the Barclay preview teaser and at 50 secs in Rob Noel shows a student where top is. Lots of other good stuff on the clip too.

Float Loading can be done by both Hitters and Swingers but better for a Swinger because A- more time to load on the down stroke and B- instant acceleration from the startdown (from his 'End') creates a better float load. Hitters are better off drive loading behind the shaft and mashing the clubhead thru the ball into low point- the whole reason for the "top' position, direct straight line drive. But as Homer said- 'Can be done, but
nothing but difficult execution."
