Since the right wrist becomes involved in the stroke it kind of flies in the face of conventional wisdom with regard to "stiff" wrists and only using "big" muscles. Just curious if anyone else have experimented with this kind of action and what opinions you might have? Kumabjorn, VJ Trolio and Yoda strongly advise against using hands for putting in the Alignment Golf DVDs. That being said, I enjoy Float Loading for some basic motion and acquired motion strokes.
