When Im watching the guys on tv I see different Hinge Actions .......and the vast majority of these guys dont know about the three basic planes. Maybe this is why some guys struggle with certain shots? Arnie didnt have good flop shot say. I dunno. Although, and Im going from memory here Ill have to take another look at it, didnt Arnies old book sort of describe Hinging for bump and run shots.. what we'd call Horizontal Hinging? Hmmmm or was it Jacks book? I think it was one of Arnies. Got to dig those things out its been years since I looked at them. Homer didnt invent Hinging ......he only defined its underlying geometry.
