Perhaps you could write a short piece or description on what MORAD actually is..... I believe it is just stroke patterns from TGM but may be wrong.....

Is it true lead-yourstrokeupandnotforthe-better based his "method" on Mac also...

MORAD,

IS simply knowing how to adjust the Golfing Machine and Human Machine for different ball flight patterns...For instance the Waist Bend and Axis tilts are different for Draws...Fades..Highs..and Lows...Everything is "Quantifiable" ...whereas the Golfing Machine is more "conceptual"

For instance ...What would be the proper degree of Waist Bend and Axis Tilt at Impact for a High Draw...Med Straight....Low-Cut...30 Degrees, 20 degrees, 15 degrees???

How Much?

...TGM doesn't give it to you because it IS "Adjustable" depending your Plane Angle and it's Plane Angle Variations...and per 7-2

The real science community wants "Quantifiable DATA"...NOT THEORY...

NOW, I LOVE TGM...BUT THERE IS NO COMPARISON OF THE TWO!!!

As you beautifully stated...NOT BETTER...Just classified as different

Mac is all about the science of classification...That's MORAD to "T"

Are you NAT on Brian's board?

The most useful relationships as Homer said though is those that are definable - flat, centered, on plane ...etc

I don't like degrees and neither did Homer....

Is MORAD a book ? or is it just what mac teaches ?

It's a classification system....

It's unfortunate you don't like degrees ...I'm working on my Masters and eventually my Doctorates....

Someday you'll appreciate them...You're a smart guy Mathew...I'm getting tired of POSTING!!!!

See you!!!

See you!!!

Did you learn your way of talking people off Mac too....

Maybe Mac wasn't the culprit in you not learning from him anymore....

annikan skywalker 07-28-2005 08:11 AM

Mathew,

I believe you took the"degrees' comment out of context...I meant for you to appreciate the difference between someone who has 20 degrees of axis tilt( like Mac) versus 40 degrees of axis tilt(like Cary Middlecoff) ...that's all just apprecition for the differences in a quantifiable way!

Obviously because you don't know me nor I you... you do not understand my sarcasm!!!

I'm sorry if you were insulted...

I apologize...

Yeah...I probalby was the culprit...

Always have had respect for you and your work...will continue to do so!!!

You wanted to know about MORAD...so I shared with you...that's called"GIVING"

MORAD is MAC"S System of Classifying the movements of the body and golf strokes for the various ball flights....He has written books ...BUT they will probably never be published...I hope this answers your question.

Sorry for the misunderstanding and the mistake on my part!

Good Luck!
