This is true this is true this is true.

So true.

...

I really believe in Clear Keys.

Really, it's ALL about distracting conscious thought.....to keep anxiety as low as possible.

If you are on the course....and you have a problem.....you need to distract yourself from thinking about it....fast. End of story.

I think that truly is all you need to know....how to get yourself out of the "thinking trap."

Learn to tie your shoelaces.

Tie your shoelaces.

No agonizing over how to do it...just do it.

Learn to swing the golf club.

Swing the golf club.

No agonizing over how to do it...just do it.

Conscious thought

Here's a suggestion for people who have trouble with their brains on a golf course  Try singing during your swing. It might annoy your playing partners, but it gives you a sense of rhythm and will also distract your conscious mind just enough to allow your true golf swing to emerge.;)

Freddie was Homer’s inspiration for the vertical right forearm take-away.

Now there is one clear key I could never use...

In the summer of 1969, I was playing in the Tactical Air Command Championship at MacDill AFB in Tampa, Florida. It was hot, and it was sticky. And everybody on our team got a first class case of...I'll be delicate here...diaper rash.

I decided to use -- remember I was only 22 at the time -- Absorbine Junior on mine.

Never again.

Trust me.

Never again.
