4:00 to 8:00 vs: 4:00 to 10:00?

Clock face orientation understood now.
Why think of entering the ball at 4:00 and exiting at 8:00, both being on my side of the plane line, versus entering at 4:00 and swinging through 10:00?

I tend to hit pushes too...but I hit it more solid this way so I just play it...

It hasn't gotten outta control yet...and I hardly hit hooks (if I do they are usually little draws, nothing too bad).

I did this also last year(pre TGM),but it seemed to limit me in ball flight options.
P.S.Love the pic.

If you are using horizontal hinging you're hitting pushes because you are swiveling, not enough full roll of the left arm so when you come inside-out and don't fully roll that left arm its going to go right.

Could be Jim.I try to do the Angled hinge thing, but it is a work in progress so maybe this is just old habits creeping in.
