The Other Way

The Stationary Head.

Homer Kelley style...

Centered.

Essential.

For those who think Ted's Stroke -- Hitting -- is unorthodox, please see Stroke Pattern 12-1-0 with a 10-9-B Impact Address.

Pure.

I'm confused. It seems to me that Ted's head clearly moves "back" and off-center (i.e., away from the target) on his backswing and stays there through impact.

Try executing the drill, before putting me to death. :hang: :) It's not as easy as it looks. Moving 1.5 inches is better than 12. I was previously taught to move my right eye over my right foot for more power (a pronounced sway). I was taught an un-centered arc, the "Y" factor.
