I will be with you guys -- and one more from the LPGA ranks -- Tuesday evening at Cuscowilla. On Wednesday afternoon, we'll have our private lesson time together. Then Thursday . . .

The LBG Homecoming Classic kicks off, and we will be joined by thirty more golfing aficionados.

Let The Games begin!

:salut:

You guys will never come down off that Yoda cloud. Wish I could buy you all a drink or two. Enjoy every second- drink it all in

I can't wait...this is my second visit to see Yoda in 3 years and its well worth the expense.
That is my mindset, go there have a bit of fun and soak in all the information and atmosphere there with Yoda, Ted, Jeff and the gang :golf: :golfcart:

This one is going to be tough to top:

From five countries on three continents for four days at a world-class golf resort . . .

Fifteen teaching professionals (fourteen TGM Authorized);

One playing professional; and

Fourteen amateurs dead serious about improving their games.

All at a price that is absolutely ridiculous when measured against its value and which I promise will never be repeated.

What a great event this is going to be . . .

I can hardly wait!

:toothy1:

okie 10-06-2008 09:23 PM

Wishing you a barn raiser!

I am beside myself with envy! But I wish every participant a cracker-jack event. While Yoda waxes eloquent about hinge action and the like...Okie will be changing ridiculously small diapers! I look forward to reading about the experiences everybody has.

What a great time we had at Cuscowilla. Thanks again to Lynn, Ted and Jeff for their time, wisdom and hospitality. We had folks from Canada, Scotland, Australia and England (but not Britain), and I met so many fine people who I consider now to be friends.

To my roomies Alex "Connery" Chung and Burner, enjoyed your company and keep working on the basics!

Also, special thanks to Neil (aka. Divot), Ian and Reeves (Weeves Reedon)who were so kind to introduce me to Tia Maria. Although she's quite a beautiful girl she makes a horrible bedfellow. If you read this post with a British (but not English) accent it will sound much more eloquent!

Augusta Golf 10-12-2008 08:29 PM

P.S. I don't know the user names for a lot of you who were there so if you all (all y'all) would post that info we could at least know who is who.

neil 10-13-2008 09:40 AM

It was great to meet you B.J.
When I left yesterday you looked dreadful! -looked like old Tia had worked you over!
Regards
[the divot}

Augusta Golf 10-13-2008 09:46 AM

It was great to meet you too mate. What a sense of humor you have, absolutely fun to be around! If you ever come to Augusta we'll play a bit of golf and have some dinner with Tia!

bambam 10-13-2008 10:06 AM

Good to meet all of you guys; I had a blast. Here's a video courtesy of Ted (Yodas Luke) and Paul Smith (golfguru). Look at Ted's pants to see just how windy it was when he did this!

Wow

Just a big thanks to Lynn and the entire staff that went above and beyond to ensure a quality time at the homecoming. From the moment we arrived to the "see ya laters" it was first class all the way. It just ended too quick for me. The best part is that after hitting a few today, it still works:happy3: The little yellow book came alive at Cuscowilla.

Rob Baxter is a wonderful player and PGA of America Head Professional and Instructor. I was so proud to have him as an early entrant to our LBG Homecoming Classic. What a treat!

Rob came to understand -- and apply -- a wee bit more about the true 'inside-out impact'. The ball responded in kind, and we both delighted in the end result: Screaming mid-irons and drives that left no doubt they had been MASHED!

:toothy1:

Thanks, Rob, for attending our school and helping make it a success. Can't wait to see you again!

:salut:

neil 10-13-2008 07:52 PM

Melissa-you were too funny.
The only lady in a bunch of men [in the bar] who were quite -well ....errrr..... relaxed? .And still gave as much as you got- great fun!

By the way how is your arse after the dowel deal?

Still on a high I caught from Lynn. Also everything still works today. Got so much information from everyone. The Ausies, Ted, Jeff and all the others were so helpful. It was like taking a drink from a fire hose. Lynn's mastery of the topic was revealed to us with unrelenting energy and enthusiasm. I would rank him with that small group of professors I have had that stood above the rest. I have just finished disc one of "Alignment Golf" DVD and for those that missed Cuscowilla this would be an opportunity to experience some of what you missed.

GPStyles 10-14-2008 11:09 AM

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4lopjxFCrAM

This was taken on the same camera a week previously at Ardglass GC in Northern Ireland

golfguru 10-14-2008 11:15 AM

I can see Lynn heading for the camera store this morning suffering from slow motion withdrawal as the said Casio F1 is now in San Fran:laughing9

What a blast for all who made the trip, students and teachers will all need a week to come down from the highs.

A big thanks to Neil for his shaggy dog story of the divot big enough to bury a squirrel in - that will last forever.

More video to come via Bambam in a week or so when I can get the files to him down the pipes.

Lynn, thanks again for the wish to share all those "extras" that are not in the book.

Have fun out there.

This one is scary,if you look at Ted's TROUSERS they are a bit ,well,WINDY!.
BUT look at the trees-all that wind is self generated.According to Jeff ,Ted had that problem all week:rolleyes:
