With a current six-way tie for 9th at 142, Collin is only one shot out of the Top 9 spots. Fully-exempt players also will be eligible for certain PGA TOUR and Nationwide events. Last month, Collin flew in from Arizona and the Gateway Tour wars http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gateway_Tour for a day at Cuscowilla. Last week, he stopped off for a half day at The Swamp on his way down to Florida and the Qualifier. He is striking the ball beautifully and continues to make progress in all aspects of his game. He's now six shots out of the 18th card, so he needs a great round or 'help' from the field or both. Stranger things have happened. :salut: |

Getting Used To 'Being There'
Collin today finished with 75 and 297, T-50 and nine shots away from earning his Canadian Professional Golf Tour Card.
This was a good 'first shot', Collin. Lot's to learn here. See you at Orange County National next Monday! :salut: |
learn from the experience Collin. Nothing wrong with not making it, it took Hogan 3 goes! You must learn though, what could have been done differently in the build up, in the process and post qualifying?
If you find you hit top form early or late then learn to adjust your schedule appropriately. Everyone knows you got game, its just getting it all to click a t the right time. :salut: |
Stepping Stones
The highest reward for a person's toil is not what they get for it, but what they become by it.
GPS is right. Even Hogan went broke twice before he made it. Keep moving forward, your day will come. |
