Swinger Transfer of Momentum . . .Hitters ???
Ok. So the Swinger has transfer of momentum from his massive rotor (body) and by staying ahead of the club with his pivot he is able to resist impact deceleration.
But what about the Hitter? He does NOT have transfer of momentum correct? Why? Is it because the pivot is motion and not action? Scream back at me . . . . somebody? |
Isn't it that the hitter accelerates the whole of the left arm and club as one piece...frozen ( like Ted likes) alignments and the pivot supports this simple thrust. There are ( in theory ) no segments in the chain which require momentum transfer...
The swinger does nothing to the arms at all... they respond to the pivot ( via pp4)... club responds to arms... chain links... momentum transfer.. Maybe... so yes pivot might move a bit but the action is all triceps and the arm and club are fixed...no? |
