Yes, but in his own roundabout way.
My dad taught me some 50 years ago that some people are just born "stir-ers". They enjoy meddling and conflict and being in the middle of a mess.
IMO,
hjack is a stir-er. Not just here, but elsewhere as well. In fact, he makes 'stirring' an artform. And that's a compliment!
Unfortunately, my staff and I have had to spend many hours -- most of it behind the scenes to mend fences and avoid legal damages -- cleaning up after him.
We're done.
