I'd like to see a more compact vertical layout

I'd like to see a more compact vertical layout, i.e. altering the stylesheet (tech term) in order to move the poster details to the side of the post content and not above it. Most people have screens that are wider than tall, i.e. probably a good idea to use vertical space conservatively.
