The first edition was published way back in 1969. So you see, it's been around even longer than you thought!

I actually meant the 1800-1900 turnover as a joke to how long it's been out.... =) I obviously haven't noticed that we are living in the 21st century!!

Or... what the heck:
When I uncock the left wrist in the downswing, shall I do it to the extent that my left forearm lines up with the left thumb?
And do this take place simultaneously with a roll of the forearm, or is it prior in a sequence order?
