Neil,
I think Tong is saying that either 10-19-A or 10-19-C needs to occur first.
Sort of.
There are only two ways we can accelerate a golf club:
Longitudinally (Drag Loading 10-19-C)
Radially (Drive Loading 10-19-A)
That is the essense of Lag Loading.
I'm saying that Float Loading has more to do with Assembling the Power Package somewhere in the Downstroke, rather than the way you accelerate the club. Hence you can Float 'Load' either Radially or Longitudinally.

Tong...
Interesting comment. I am not sure it has to do with Power Package Loading per se. I think Homer is inferring that, during the start down, delaying the wristcock until the downstroke will set up an environment in which lag will be loaded versus true power package reference (otherwise, he wouldnt have felt a need to place it under 10-19, 7-19).
Watcha think?
