Homer Kelley despaired over teaching his students to keep their Left Wrists Flat. He used drills, training aids, everything under the sun, but still -- when they came to hit the Ball -- the Left Wrist would go Bending in the breeze. And this while the students swore it did not!
The only answer is to Look! LOOK! LOOK! and make sure you really are keeping the Left Wrist Flat through Impact, and not just merely assume you are.
