This is very interesting. Could you explain the difference in procedure between cocking the wrist versus the right elbow? Are we talking about activelly folding the right elbow versus it folds by another movement? I always thought the folding of the right elbow cocks the wrists. Is the hitter applying more extensor action?
I do agree however that the swing setter was not right for me.

Rwh has given you some very good advice. Additionally, I would stay away from using the Medicus. I've found that you must have a startup swivel when using the device. I break it eveytime, as a hitter. Also, read 3-F-6 (deliberate, positive, and heavy).
The right angle 2 is a device that monitors the bending and straightening of the right elbow. It also can control the amount of bend. Would this be useful in working with hitting? If you had it what would you focus on?
