This message is my personal thanks to all who attempt to access our video content and experience the occasional problem. You are our hearty band of Internet Pioneers, and we appreciate your patronage. The glitches you experience enable us to pave the seamless way for others.

And thanks also to our ever-ready 'self-help' crew. I am constantly amazed at the can-do attitude such as that evidenced above by Wolfman. Our members accept the mantle of reponsibility as 'keepers of the flame,' and I sincerely appreciate it.

Maybe firewall - since that computer is running off a wireless connection, and I think the router has the firewall on.

Is it possible to selectively stop the firewall from working for specific sites?

Thanks for you replies. I'm one of those amatuer computer guys with just enough knowledge to screw things up!

A firewall on your router wouldn't disable the "save target as" link. Some firewall/security systems that reside on your PC are a bit more intrusive (ie. Norton Internet Security). If you have firefox, I'd be interested to know if you're able to download from that browser.

At the office, we have a McAfee product at office, Panda Anti-virus at home. Webroot spyware at both. Use IE.

I've been able to watch and save the Yoda/VJ and Ben series. I just stayed after hours at work to do it.
