I had the Balance Certified system installed in my two-ball a couple of years ago. I liked the feel. I ended up using the heaviest weight (50 gms). One thing I noticed after awhile is that the head started feeling a little light. It made it easy to get twitchy with the stroke. I have made additional modifications to alleviate that feeling for a more balanced, but heavy feel ala Heavy Putter. I added roughly 120 gms of weight to the head based on experimentation on the practice green. It feels "right" now and seems to work on both fast and slow greens. IMHO, it all comes down to what feels good and performs well for your stroke.
I also tried the Balance Certified system in a demo driver. It did not do much for me, but has done so for others. I have heard statistics as high as 70% for the number of players who get appreciably better ball striking with some amount of weight installed in the butt of their drivers. I guess I fall in the other 30%!

Is the net result basically getting the 'mind in the hands' due to the balanced head vs grip? It seems that would net out any natural 'swing' of the clubhead past the grip.
Steph - Are you a swinger or hitter? I'd guess that this could help hitters more than swingers (because it would cut down on the throw out of CF).

I would probably categorize myself as a hitter. I use the claw grip and push with the right hand. I pop my putts a little because I primarily play municipal courses where the greens, whether fast (never really fast, but 9-10 ish) or slow, are never very smooth.

The balance certified system is great. It obviously changes the swing weight of the putter and gives the handle (hands) more feel with the added weight. From a teaching/consumer standpoint it can get a little expensive but the merit is there.

I Balanced Certified my putter ( 32" Yes Dianna with heavyweight Nippon shaft) . Vibration seems to be reduced, it feels much better and the ball is rolling better. I don't fully understand how it works but the results are better. I recommend it.
Is this any different than the 2nd Moment of Inertia Balancing that Jack Kuykendall has been doing for over 5 years? I don't know. I do know that Jack and Homer disagree about a few things, but I can tell you that hitting his clubs is an enlightening experience
