Ted how do you workout your triceps other than hitting two large buckets? I have good size triceps but they got big by surfing which is a pulling motion not a push as in the hitting stroke?? help me please i want to hit i really do
Strength is surely not the issue. Almost anyone has enough strength to do it. Explosive quickness accompanied with the strength is what you need.
If you're going to work out, I'd suggest overall conditioning. Don't focus on a single muscle group as it tends to get the antagonist muscle group, the biceps in this case out of balance.
