Not if you do it right. Speed chain is great for loading, storing, and release.
Feel of lag, pivot, rotational componants, many more.

Speed stick has no clubhead feel, sweetspot feel, long....don't like it.

Pivot Center Fixin'

Hi Blackjack,

I remember your action as if yesterday -- and have it on my computer! -- and the BOSU® absolutely will help.

I bought mine at the PGA Show last year -- it's under $100 but still not cheap -- and you can't stay aboard this baby if you Sway. The ol' Center of Gravity stays put or else! I feel it also helps build those mission critical 'balance muscles' so necessary for the stability of Zone One (Body Control). I now use it a couple of minutes several times a week while swinging a weighted Momentus Club in a very controlled 12-5-1/2/3 Action.

After stepping down from the BOSU®, keeping that Pivot Center fixed is a piece of cake!

P.S. We obviously don't sell the BOSU®, but if anybody is truly interested in it, PM me and I'll call them and push some sort of LBG discount.

In the latest Golf Digest there is an article about how Ernie Els went about rehabbing his knee. On one of the pages he is standing on two things that appear similar to this product, one under each foot. He says it has really helped with his balance and to strengthen the muscles he needs to maintain a properly balanced swing.
