I'm a swinger who has recently switched from a "strong" 10-2-D grip to a slightly weaker 10-2-B grip. I'm hitting all of my irons straight and high right
Strangely if I set up with the clubface even with a short iron aimed 45 deg right of the target (i'm right handed) I find it easier to square the face and hit the ball straight (as i've got to square the face to hit it half decent).
If i aim the face at the target then it's going high right again.
Although the compensation is working on the short shots i lose it when moving to a bigger swing.
I'm making nice ball then divot contact as well
Is this something mechanical or mental?
Thanks
Finish Swivel man. Ted schooled me on this. You have to swivel much later with 10-2-D. Now that you are 10-2-B you gotta get #3 rolling. Get your swivel on and it won't go right.
