Was just reading through this thread - not really that interested - but I did think of one thing that might be good if you're working on this. Since the ball is "so far" away- and the closer something is to your sight the better you can see if you're moving- what about having a string about a foot long with a ball or something hanging from the string- and you holding the string in your mouth as you swing. It probably would really show you if your head moves at all.

One thing that has worked very well for me and some of my students is to get a small mirror such as a women's make-up mirror or one that can stand. Position it outside the ball so you can see your face in it at fix. Because the mirror is close to the ball you can actually hit balls while looking in the mirror. I have a mirror that sells for $89.95 and if you buy today you get a bottle of water and length of rope complete with a ball tied to the end for FREE!
