If anybody is going to achieve that I'd say it'd be Geoff Mangum - very deep analysis of many different factors in putting.

I think putting is mostly mental....I mean....you need a good stroke....but that's not so hard in itself I think....it's making it repeat under pressure....
John...?

I thought I would make a sequence of Johns 'old' stroke
Here it is
It looks like he's made good improvement from the sequence above....

Wow!
The internet allows access to so many viewing possibilities if you have access to a credit card and some privacy... you can buy almost anything - or so I have been told!
BUT
you just can not buy this kind of stuff anywhere i have ever seen! intimate tour pro - teacher one-on-one action!!
AND
its free, a gift! Nowhere else have i seen this kind of stuff. In no way does John need to do this -ie. put up his swing for all to see - but it is just wonderful to watch. THANK YOU.
Same goes for Lynn and Brian.
It would be so much easier to have done all of this behind closed doors ( like Tiger) and made the swing changes away from the public gaze - but you all stand there in the limelight! THANK YOU. We actually get to see the metamorposis taking place!
PRETTY BUTTERFLY!

Weapons in the Desert
You should try Johns secret weapon next time you are in the bunker. Pay close attention to the video.
I've been using it for a while and have to sometimes remind myself to double check my grip alignment to clubface as part of the setup routine. I worked on it last year with Lynn and was thrilled to see it also used by John.
The setup will feel funny at first, but the results are automatic. You don't have to worry about manipulating the clubface through the shot, unless you want to.
Try it with all hinge actions to see the variety of ballflights.

Very Nice!!
If any of you don't realize how good these videos are... well, they are good.
John,
Do you take your video camera out when you practice alone, if you practice alone, or do you just usually look at video with your instructor present?
Thanks,
lagster

no,i dont use video.rob was out a few weeks ago and we never used it.although we spent most of our time working on shortgame.99% of the time when i get out off line it is the same old habits so it is usually easy to correct.i dont even really practice much,i just hit balls before i play and that is all i hit.
