last week
I helped my buddy in a middle of the round when he whined about hitting it fat.

Setup with a 'level' left wrist . It immediately helped him.( for a hitter, setup with a rehearsed impact position)

Bobbing and swaying is caused my improper alignments. because you want to compensate .

That was his problem. duno if it helps .. that sounds too beginner for you isn't it?
