Alex, you are in for the treat of your life.
A Yoda and Ted visit is like a Club-Ho visiting a golf club manufacture facitily, like a 5 year old turned loose in a candy shop during the holidays, like, well you get the idea.
Somehow I don't the weather will effect you as it might Yoda or Ted, after all you are used to having hourly different conditions, a little wind, a little rain, very little sun, etc.
Bring a notebook to write down notes.
Pre-write out your questions.
Sleep on the way over, so that won't get in the way while you are here.
If you have a vid camera, bring it so you can get some vid notes. Ted in about 30 seconds can take what you might have thought you were doing to show you what you are doing.
Oh, practice ahead of time with the dowel drills, and then some basic and acquired motion.
I for one know that you can make one heck of good pass at the ball, seen it more than once.
Keep me posted on when and that, maybe I can find my way down there for a day...

Thanks for all the information guys, much appreciated. Just need to firm up on dates and flights (£460 with BA from Glasgow is not too bad)
Martee, it would be good to see you again my friend it has been too long since we last spoke or met. You still 'Mr Automatic'? I hope you are well.
With Golfsmith etc nearby it might give a chance to take advantage of the exchange rate and stock up on golf balls and other things.

It's funny Martee mentions 'kid in a candy store'.
I have my first trip to the swamp this week. I have a business trip to Atlanta and am able to slip in an extra half day to meet with Lynn this Friday.
I am so excited about it, that I'm not sure how productive I'll be during my meetings this week!
I am going to use much of Martee's advice to make sure I get the most out of my vist.

Right. So looking forward to this now. The Flights and Accommodation have been booked for the 14th-20th November. Just need to work some magic on the weather and we will be all set
Anyone recommend any courses that I'd might be able to get onto whilst I am there?
Yoda and Ted better be prepared for what they are going to see...and its not good
