Been doing strengthening stuffs prescribed by Comdpa. Not yet doing the speed stuffs.
My wife thought I am crazy .. But anyway she commented " wow .. all your veins pop out " .. ^_^
But anyway, after 10 days, I noticed I am more stable at impact. I cannot say I really hit further yet. But I am definitely more accurate. and able to hold my flying wedges in place much better and easier.
Havent really start the Speed stuffs yet but , these training are really good stuffs.
