How on earth does the roll happen automatically? I have yet to have this happen with me! I have to make it roll....
I am sure I could use some help here....what should I try to do to get to "automatic"?
This is the hardest part of the swing, you have to learn a flat left wrist and just let the force do it for you. If you are finding yourself forcing the roll you probably have some throwaway and and a bent left wrist somewhere.
Brian got me out of this problem by teaching me to keep that left wrist flat from the takeaway all the way to the FINISH! I trained with the tac-tic to learn this.
Once i learned to trust it it wasn't a problem.
