Looks to me like someone slipped him a copy of our Alignment Golf Drills Video. Everybody talks about his Left Foot and Knee, but what struck me was his Right Foot Action. On the swings I saw, it is totally different.
Sure looks like his hip action is very improved as a result. Much, much more stable base for his pivot.
Also looked like he had been reading 5 Lessons re: the left hand grip. It is much more stable, under the heel pad.
Now if he would just take his grip at impact fix with a solid right forearm flying wedge

I didn't see any real good slow mo of his 'new' swing to notice any of the stuff you guys are talking about, but what I did spot straight away and then saw it confirmed somewhere else is that through the bag his stance is narrower.

Maybe now he has had another kid he has had "the op" and needs to for comfort reasons!!

He said that with his bad knee he couldnt get far enough left to do what Hank wanted him to, on full shots.
But Ive seen footage of him as a kid snapping the left leg so it is an old habit too. They die a hard death those old habits. And then come back from the grave at the worst of times. But heck, we all used to "hang back" a touch in the old days.
So with his left leg and knee now able to take the increased pressure and he being more left.........would that alone account for his improved hip action? I find that with the weight back one can pivot around the back foot or with weight left, pivot around the front foot almost automatically but the in between, more centered weight does not lend itself to even forced pivoting.
We need some photos. Here is the old swing at both arms straight.

PS Poor guy, he's only leading the tournament by one shot!
mate
I think you do not understand what op he was on about!!!
Nope, I think you've misunderstood what I was suggesting he straps to his thigh!
