I did truly enjoy the videos from the swamp. I am not sure Lynn is feeling 100%. I have no reason to say this except its a feeling I got while watching. Being tired is one thing, to me this is different. Air you are working hard to succeed and I applaud your efforts.Let me share with you this, do what Lynn tells you, no need to listen to others.I am sure you will get all info needed from Lynn. Lynn, is being modest, as per d'habitude. I was the guy needing to stretch daily. I was the guy who's back was sore after 20 minutes of putting. I wish my fitness was at Lynn's level!!!!!
Lynn interacts with his students. I move with a decided limp and Lynn was very patient with me as I tried to keep up with the gold that falls from his lips every second. Perhaps, OP, you are familiar with how people subconsciously change their cadence and movements when they are with someone with an obvious injury. Well, sometimes when I purpose to step forwards, I actually move sideways!
The kids at school know I injured myself wrestling King-Kong, and KK lost!!!!
