Jimmy - a "cracking whip" is an image that can be quite helpful when understanding the transfer of power, and the alingments of the body and club to supply the best support of impact, the least deceleration, through impact. You need to know each side of the coin.

The left and right arms meet in the middle at PP#1. Balance is a great thing from all perspectives. That is the key to applying balanced, efficient, force in all areas. A very important concept to understand IMO.
