Real Men Do Yoga is a great book that has some good anecdotes of athletes who have used yoga to improve their performance. It has tons of stretches and workouts. Another good one is pilates for golf, it has many more stretches, but I did not think it was as helpful. After reading real men do yoga I have become a yogi, and it has helped my game not only by increasing flexability, but also by increasing my core strength, and teaching me how to manipulate some responses of my nervouse system to pressure.
