His next wedge was from about 40 yards: It was a downhill lie in the rough that hit the railroad ties fronting the green and found the same water. His next pitch failed to backtrack down a very steep slope towards the cup, leaving an extemely difficult putt that could possibly also go in the water. That didn't happen, but he missed his twister of a second putt, and he left the green with a nine and +5.
