Homer, from 9-1. ZONE #1 "Emphatically, Hands are not educated until they control the pivot." Also, "The Pivot involves twisting the body and shifting the weight during the Stroke so as to maintain balance, a motionless head and any required tilt of the torso." To me, Freddy Couples' swing demonstrates the proper role of Zone #1. He has a "quiet" lower body.
