You can apply extensor action and bend the right elbow that picks up the club. Educated hands do this. The pivot can start the club in the take-away, as in a shoulder take-away, but it can not raise the clubhead- it needs a bending of the right elbow. I still love the RFT - instant extensor action. In Canton, the extensor action test was seeing what your right hand would do if the left hand was removed. It, the right hand, would shot out into space because of the force of 6-B-1-D.
