How do you CHECK your trail shoulder is moving downplane?

Hey Hue had the same question myself.....

The best thought on the subject I could come up with is that the since the pivot is power package support and as homer says in 1-L your hands are adjustable clamps moved by the pivot and the bending right arm, your hands tracing the delivery line that as long as you transport your hands correctly you have no option but to move it downplane correctly.

But im shooting in the dark also.... I would be very interested in training the downstroke zone 1 motion - because im very sure that mine isn't fully correct....
