EdZ can probably give you a couple of drills that will help synchronize your motion. Sustaining lag is the key and if it doesn't translate from your lower body to your upper; to your arms, hands, clubshaft, and clubhead, no amount of hip effort will do the trick. In this case, it may be the right "position" on video, but powerless at impact. I know you have some familiarity with TGM terminology.
