Thanks for the replies.

Only over the last two or three days have I had these problems - previously things worked very quickly. No problems experienced with any other access points.

Hopefully, matters will resolve themselves before any action is needed on my part - first rule of management

I am on Cable and will do a tracert, as Ed suggests, if things dont improve soon.
