Hmm. . . does look more flat. Notice a couple of things. Compare the address wrist condition to impact. Also looks pretty Arched at the Top.
However, 10-2-D says that the Wrist Bend should be there at Impact. We could argue whether it's Arched at Impact, but it is at the very least FLAT. This is not the prescribed 'degree' of bend for 10-2-D.
