While pics are being put together, ponder this in 2 dimensions first.
'support' of impact is 'directly behind' the direction of force. Think of the
pressure points.
A great drill in the drills section (EdZ drills) if you have access to a pool. This shows you the 2 dimensional 'plane', the surface of the water.
impact support, from directly behind the shaft, is simpler to understand if you first grasp that this all takes place
on an inclined plane
